Only the head coach should initiate the registration process — payment will occur via a second emailed step that can be handed off to a second party, such as a school administrator.

Please do your best to register all of your secondary (alternate) teams at the same time. That said, we know that team needs can change as the season goes on though, so if you need to add another secondary team, please email Maiya at maiya AT miscioly.org .

Regional registration will generally also be completed through this form, including payment of Region-specific registration fees — exceptions or additional processes are noted with instructions in the form and in the form confirmation email.

Some regions may have additional steps — note that some collect payment for both regional and state and national fees separately, for these regions, you should still initiate registration here.

We have an Early Bird Discount in effect until December 18, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET. State and National Primary team registration fees with the Early Bird Discount will be $300.00 per team and State and National Secondary (e.g. alternate or JV) team registration fees with the Early Bird Discount will be $150.00 per team.

The full registration process, including full receipt of payment, must be complete for the discount to apply.

Payment received after the Early Bird deadline (e.g. delayed checks) will be subject to the full registration costs, which are $400.00 for State and National Primary Team registration and $250.00 for State and National Secondary Team registration.

Please note that check payments are subject to an additional 25$ processing fee.

You must be fully registered before participating in any tournaments at any level — invitationals included!

The Early Bird discount is in effect through December 18, 2026 at 11:59p ET, at which point standard pricing will take effect. Your payment must be received by this date for the discount to apply.

State Bids will be determined based on registration numbers on February 1, 2027. Teams must be fully paid for to be counted toward their region’s numbers for state bid allocation.

Card payments are strongly preferred.

Check payments are subject to an additional processing fee of 25$ per check. This will be reflected on the invoice that is automatically generated and sent to the payment contact associated with the team when payment by check is indicated on the registration form.

Payments by check must also submit an additional form so that we can properly match received checks with the team sending them. This form is emailed after submission of the registration form, and failure to submit this form will result in payments not being credited towards a school’s registration.
