The Elementary Science Olympiad program (Division A) is much more flexible, and varied in comparison to the Middle and High School divisions.  Depending upon where you live in Michigan, your community’s involvement may range from a large competitive tournament for which your school could register, to not having any formal program.  Any school can take advantage of the resources offered by the National Science Olympiad program to organize an elementary-level event.  It can be less intensive than a competitive tournament, like a Science Fun Day.  Some schools have integrated elements from Science Olympiad into their curriculum.

We are fortunate to have some great Elementary programs in Michigan.  Below are listed the ones of which we are aware.  You should contact these programs directly.  The rules of each and policies on who may participate are established by each program.
